Lenovo launched the Vibe X2 smartphone with an unique layered design last month for Rs. 19,999. We brought you the unboxing, photo gallery and the benchmarks of the smartphone recently. Here we have the camera samples from the smartphone. The Vibe X2 has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture. The camera UI is simple with camera, flash and HDR toggles on the screen. Apart from the normal mode, there is Panorama mode and live Instagram-like effects.
Micromax launched the Canvas Nitro A310, a mid-range Canvas series smartphone back in September, and we reviewed it soon after the launch. Now the Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 has been listed on the official website. The only difference between the Canvas Nitro 310 and the 311 is the 16GB of internal storage in the A311, compared to 8GB of storage in the A310. Otherwise all the specifications are similar, including a 5-inch HD display, 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek processor, Android 4.4 (KitKat), 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Micromax has launched Canvas Selfie, the company’s latest selfie-focused smartphone with a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash, similar to the HTC Desire Eye. Other features include, 4.7-inch HD display, 1.7 GHz True Octa-Core processor, Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS, dual SIM support and 3G connectivity. Lenovo has launched TAB S8, the company’s latest top-end tablet in the S series with voice calling capabilities exclusively on Flipkart. It was announced at the IFA 2014 back in September and packs a 8-inch (1920 x 1200 pixels) full HD display based on one-glass-solution technology , powered by a quad-core Intel Atom (Z3745) processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). Acer has launched Liquid Jade and Liquid E700, the company’s latest smartphones in the Liquid series in India. The Liquid Jade has a has a 5-inch HD IPS display based on Zero Air Gap technology with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The Liquid E700 too comes with a 5-inch HD display. Both these are powered by a quad-core processors and run on Android 4.4 (KitKat). The Liquid Jade has a 13-megapixel rear camera with 0.3s focus time, F1.8 aperture, LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
HTC, as promised has started rolling out Lollipop update for One M8 and M7 Google Play Edition (GPE). However, the company is skipping the Android 5.0 and jumping directly to Android 5.0.1.

Samsung has started rolling out Android 5.0 Lollipop update to Galaxy S5 devices in South Korea. Galaxy S5 models of Korean mobile carriers SK Telecom, KT, and LG Uplus are receiving the Lollipop update from December 5th.

The rollout of the Galaxy Note Edge is fast turning into Samsung’s saga of the year as the unique twin of the Galaxy Note 4 could be delayed yet again. We’ve already seen the handset launch slip with the initial launch rumoured for the middle of November before being pushed back to November 28 and then again to December 12th. The latest information we have comes directly from Samsung’s UK online store and suggests the launch may be pushed back a further 5 days with Note Edge shipments set to begin on December 17th.
