Micromax announced the Canvas Selfie A255 smartphone last month that comes with a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash and a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and a Sony sensor. Today the company has launched the smartphone officially.  It has a 4.7-inch HD display, is powered by a 1.7 GHz True Octa-Core processor, runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS and comes with dual SIM support. Micromax has launched Canvas Selfie, the company’s latest selfie-focused smartphone with a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash, similar to the HTC Desire Eye. It also has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a Sony sensor. Other features include, 4.7-inch HD display, 1.7 GHz True Octa-Core processor, Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS, dual SIM support and 3G connectivity. Vineet Taneja, CEO, Micromax launched the phone with the IPTL stars Sania Mirza, Ana Ivanovic, Kristina Mladenovic and Daniela Hantuchova.
