OPPO India has announced that it has conducted 5G standalone network trial for Reno6 Series under the 5G SA network environment provided by Jio at its 5G Lab. Reliance Retail today announced that it will acquire a controlling stake in Just Dial, India’s leading local search engine platform, for a total consideration of Rs. 3,497 crores. Reliance Retail will hold 40.95% and would make an open offer to acquire up to 26% in accordance with SEBI. During their 44th annual general meeting (AGM), Reliance Jio announced a new partnership with Google, where the two companies will collaborate to integrate Jio’s 5G technologies with Google Cloud’s scalable infrastructure.
