The Delhi High Court has given an “ex-parte” injunction to ban Xiaomi from importing or selling phones in India, as per a latest report from SpicyIP. The Chinese smartphone maker received the order from court order for infringing on Ericsson’s Standard Essential Patents (SEPs).

Back in September at the Android One event Google announced that YouTube will get offline playback in India. Now the feature is available for YouTube for Android in India. This lets you add videos to watch it offline by selecting an icon below the video or by selecting Add to Offline from a video’s context menu. Once added, an available offline icon will be displayed below the video. There is a separate playlist called Offline, to view all the videos that are saved offline. Toshiba has launched Toshiba WT8, the company’s latest Windows 8.1 tablet in India. It was originally announced as Encore 2 back in May and packs a 8-inch WXGA display, is powered by a 1.33 quad-core Intel Atom Z3735G processor, has a 5-megapixel auto focus rear camera and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera. It comes with a 1-Year free Office 365 Subscription. Toshiba has partnered with Amazon.in to sell the tablet.

Swipe Telecom has launched Swipe Slate Pro, the company’s latest tablet in the Slate series. It has a 9.7-inch IPS display, powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It comes with a 2-megapixel rear camera, 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera and packs a 6400mAh battery. It has SIM card slot for 3G support and also lets you make voice calls. HTC launched the HTC RE, the company’s GoPro-like action camera in India back in October for Rs. 9,990 and said that it will be available exclusively on Snapdeal starting November 5th, but it didn’t happen. Today the RE Camera is finally on sale on Snapdeal and is available in Blue and White colors. As a promotional offer it comes with a 8GB microSD card for free. Hungama offers Indian, International and Regional music. Hungama has multi-lingual transliteration feature in five languages that includes, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Punjabi, allowing users to interact with the app in their preferred language.
