Micromax is all set to launch Canvas Infinity Pro smartphone, an improved version of the Canvas Infinity that was launched in August. We got hold of the image of the box of the phone. This shows 5.7-inch HD+ 2.5D curved glass screen with 18:9 aspect ratio and minimal bezels, similar to the Canvas Infinity. The phone will come with dual front-facing cameras, compared to a single 16-megapixel front camera on the predecessor, which will be the main highlight of the smartphone. Panasonic has launched Eluga A4, the company’s latest budget smartphone in the ‘A Series’ with  5000mAh battery. It has a 5.2-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor, runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat), has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It also has Panasonic’s own ARBO AI-based assistant and features a fingerprint sensor on the back. Nokia 5 3GB RAM version launched in India for Rs. 13499

HMD Global introduced its Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 Android smartphones in India back in June, and the Nokia 5 went on sale in the country in August, now it has launched the 3GB RAM version of the phone in India. Apart from the RAM, other specifications are similar to the original Nokia 5, including a 5.2-inch HD screen, Octa-Core Snapdragon 430 Mobile Platform, Android 7.1 (Nougat), which is upgradable to Android 8.0 (Oreo), 13-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel front camera and a 3000mAh battery. Aviation Ministry releases draft regulations for use of drones in India

Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has finally released draft regulations on civil use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Drones) in India. This will also enable commercial use of drones for tasks like photography, doorstep delivery, medical uses and even passenger transport, Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju said on Wednesday.

Motorola sends invites for Moto X4 India launch on November 13

Moto India has sent out invites for the the launch of Moto X4 smartphone in the Moto X series in India on November 13th. The phone was supposed to launch on October 3rd, but it was postponed later. It was unveiled IFA event recently and packs dual 12MP and 8MP rear cameras to take images with blurred background, portraits, selective black and white and has dual Autofocus Pixel technology for faster focus in low light. Amazon Kindle Lite Beta for Android released

A week after updating the Kindle app, Amazon has released Kindle Lite app for Android in Beta for low-end Android smartphones. Amazon says that the app has been crafted specially for Indian readers. The app is less than 2MB in size so takes significantly less space on the smartphone, works smoothly even on 2G networks and lets you monitor your data usage and manage storage.
