The ad featuring Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan who was roped in as the company’s brand ambassador last year, even shows the back of the phone. It also shows curved glass screen with curved corners.

Xiaomi has launched the Red edition of the Mi A2 that joins the Black, Gold and Blue variants that were launched last month. This comes months after the introduction of the Red Edition of the Mi 6X smartphone in China. OPPO’s sub-brand Realme launched the Realme 2, the company’s second-generation smartphone in India last month. During the first sale the company said that it sold 200,000 or 2 lakh units of smartphones in just 5 minutes on Flipkart. In the second sale last week it said that it sold 170,000 or 1.7 lakh units with combined sales of 3.7 lakh units in first two sales.

Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO launched the F1 smartphone last month, and the phone first time on Flipkart and Mi.com from August 29th. Now the company has confirmed that it will launch the phone on September 24th. Garmin India has launched fēnix 5X Plus Multisport rugged watch targeted at athletes and outdoor adventurers. The fēnix 5X Plus is the first wearable device that has a wrist-based Pulse Ox sensor to track blood oxygen saturation awareness at higher altitudes, says the company. It was introduced in June.
