Xiaomi’s Redmi brand today introduced the Redmi Note 8 series smartphones. In an interview Redmi General Manager and VP, Lu Weibing has confirmed that the company will launch the Redmi Note 8 smartphone in India in 2 to 3 months. He also confirmed that the company has already started working on BIS certification in the country. To remind you, the Redmi Note 7 that was introduced back in January in China was launched in India in February, a month after the launch and the Redmi Note 7 Pro was launched in India first.

The 10.or RAVE and RAVE+ portable Bluetooth speakers have a water-resistant body with IPX5 ratings, microphone for hands-free calling and promise 10 hours of playback on a single charge.
The 10.or MOVE fitness band has a color LCD screen, touch button below the screen, activity tracking, app notifications on your wrist and up to 15 days of standby.
The MOVE+ fitness smartwatch has a 1.3-inch color LCD screen, similar touch button below the screen, IP68 ratings for water resistance, step counter, app notifications on your wrist and up to 30 days of standby.
The 10.or COSMOS smartwatch has an Always on trans reflective screen, built-in compass, GPS, step counter, heart rate sensor, water-resistant body, app notifications on your wrist and up to 40 days of standby.
The 10.or RAVE and RAVE+ are priced at Rs. 1299 and Rs. 1599, respectively. The 10.or MOVE fitness band, MOVE+ Fitness Smartwatch and COSMOS GPS Smartwatch are priced at Rs. 1599, Rs. 1999 and Rs. 3999, respectively. These will go on sale on Amazon.in from September 2nd. Along with the Reno series, OPPO also launched the Enco Q1 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones in India, as it had promised. It uses hybrid active noise cancellation, in which feed-forward and feedback microphones work together with a noise cancelling algorithm to maximally block out surrounding noise.
The headphones boast dynamic driver units with 11.8 mm composite diaphragms, in addition to support for AAC format, three immersive 3D audio modes, and audio tuning developed by a specialized acoustics team. The headphones have ENC technology has a precise microphone array that efficiently filters out background noise for calls, feature Bluetooth 5.0 support, quick pairing and have IPX4 ratings for water resistance.
The headphones are ergonomically designed, with earbuds that match the shape of the ear and a neckband that aligns with the contour of the neck to maximize comfort and stability. The headphones feature a simple and stylish appearance, a lightweight and comfortable body, and high flexibility, delivering a superior experience for users, says the company.
The headphones use a USB-C charging port, and can continuously play audio for 15 hours with noise cancelling on, or 22 hours with noise cancelling off. It has quick charge that offers up to 5 hours of usage with just 15 minutes of charge.
The OPPO Enco Q1 comes in Black and Orange colors, is priced at Rs. 7,990 and will go on sale in India soon.
Along with the Reno 2, OPPO also launched the Reno 2Z and Reno 2F smartphones in India. Both these have a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display without notch, but compared to the shark fin, this has a 16-megapixel rising camera. The Reno 2Z is powered by MediaTek’s latest Helio P90 12nm SoC and the Reno 2F is powered by Helio P70. Both the phones have 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, run Android Pie with ColorOS 6.1 on top. These retain the 48-megapixel primary rear camera (Sony IMX586 (2Z) / Samsung ISOCELL GM1 (2F) sensor, 8-megapixel 119° ultra-wide lens and 2-megapixel mono lens, but the telephoto lens is replaced by the 2-megapixel portrait lens.

It packs a 6.55-inch Full HD+ Dynamic AMOLED panaromic display with ultra narrow bezels and 93.1% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by Snapdragon 730G with 8GB of RAM, Game Boost 2.0, runs Android Pie with ColorOS 6 on top, 48-megapixel primary rear camera with Sony IMX586 sensor, 13-megapixel telephoto lens for 5x hybrid zoom, 20x digital zoom, 8-megapixel 116 degree ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel mono lens. It has Ultra steady video mode that combines OIS and EIS, Ultra Dark mode, and Bokeh video for both the front and rear cameras.
Revolt Motors introduced RV400 as India’s first fully electric AI-enabled motorcycle back in June and the company also bookings for the bike exclusively for customers in Delhi and Pune via the company’s official website the same month and on July 5th on Amazon.in for a token amount of Rs 1,000. Today the company officially launched the bike in the country, as it had promised.

After the launch of Z1Pro last month, Vivo just announced that it will launch Z1x, another mid-range smartphone in India on September 6th on Flipkart. The official teaser image confirms in-display fingerprint scanner, so it should have an AMOLED screen, and the image shows a waterdrop notch, compared to punch hold screen on the Z1Pro. The image also confirms triple rear cameras and a gradient back.
