Last week Xiaomi confirmed its flagship Mi 6 announcement on April 19th. Now it has confirmed that the smartphone will come with dual rear cameras, come with upgraded curved screen and come with 6GB of RAM. Earlier rumors revealed 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variants for the smartphones. Xiaomi is also expected to introduced Mi 6 Plus with a larger Quad HD screen and a bigger battery. Xiaomi introduces Mi VR Play 2 with lightweight soft fabric body

Xiaomi this week introduced Mi VR Play 2 its second-generation VR (Virtual Reality) headset in China, which is the successor of last year’s Mi VR Play. Unlike the zipper design on the predecessor, this has outer covering made of light-weight and soft fabric so the whole headset weighs just 183 grams. It can fit phones from 4.7 to 5.7 inches in size, similar to the predecessor. It looks like Google Daydream View but it doesn’t come with a wireless remote.

Specifications of Xiaomi Mi Max 2, the second-generation phablet surfaced back in February. Last week a Xiaomi smartphone condnamed Oxygen surfaced in benchmarks. This is said to come with the same 6.4-inch 1080p display, but this is said to be powered by Snapdragon 626 processor instead of Snapdragon 650 or 652 on the Mi Max variants. After several rumors, Xiaomi has announced Mi Pad 3, successor of Mi Pad 2 that was introduced back in 2015. It has the same 7.9-inch (2048 × 1536 pixels) display at 326 ppi as the first two Mi Pad tablets, but the Intel processor has been replaced by MediaTek MT8176 hexa-core processor. It has the same 6.95mm slim unibody metal design as the predecessor and also has an improved 13-megapixel rear camera. Now, Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun has confirmed that the Mi 6 will launch sometime this month. Jun confirmed the launch of Mi 6 during a live streaming session with Xiaomi fans. He didn’t reveal the exact date, but the announcement might happen on April 11 or April 18.
