Samsung REX 70 hands on

The newly launched Samsung REX series of smart feature phones are Samsung’s new entries to the entry level smartphone market. With players like Micromax and Karbonn encroaching the feature phone territory with Android based models, the market is quite wide open. Nokia initially responded with their Asha series of device, and now it’s Samsung’s turn, with their REX 60, 70, 80 and 90. The REX 70 is a 3 inch device with smart Dual SIM functionality, and after we took a photo gallery, here is a hands on video of the Samsung REX 70

Samsung REX 60 hands on

Samsung had launched their new REX series of smart feature phones recently at a press conference in New Delhi here, in India. This is a global launch and the REX series of devices have been designed at the Samsung R&D center in Delhi. Four devices were launched today, as a part of the new REX series, and they are the REX 60, REX 70, REX 80 and the REX 90. We had posted a photo gallery of the REX 60 a while ago, and here is the hands on of the same, with a short video below –

The Samsung REX 70 was announced today by the Korean manufacturer at an event in Delhi. The device is a part of its new range of entry level JAVA based phones. Samsung REX series of feature phones launched in India, priced between Rs. 4280 and Rs. 6490

Samsung has launched Rex, a new series of dual SIM feature phones in India. These java-based phones include, REX 60, REX 70, REX 80 and REX 90. Samsung is calling these Smart features phones. These phones are developed in India and it would be launched in several growing markets globally starting from India. These phones have TouchWiz interface with 8 homescreens Bluetooth and and some of these also have WiFi support. Garnet Red Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE launched by Samsung in Korea

Samsung has released the Garnet Red Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE in Korea, just in time for the Valentine’s Day. Samsung released the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in Korea back in November last year. The Garnet Red version would come with a matching Red colored S Pen. Google Nexus 10 Review

Google announced the Nexus 10, their first 10-inch Android tablet at the end of October, and we unboxed it earlier. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 has received a price cut and is now available for Rs. 34900. Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 2 at a price tag of Rs. 39,900 last September. The Samsung Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy S Duos got a price cut earlier today, and the first Samsung Galaxy Note got a price cut back in December. Samsung Galaxy S3 and Galaxy S Duos get a price cut, now available for Rs. 28900 and Rs. 12900

Samsung has cut the price of the Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy S Duos in India yet again. Both these phones got a price cut at the end of December. The Samsung Galaxy S3 was launched in India in May at a MRP of Rs. 43,180, it got a price cut to Rs. 34,900 first, back in September, once again in December to Rs. 31,900. It is now available for Rs. 28,900 after the recent price cut. No sign of price cut for the 32GB version of the Galaxy S3. Pink Samsung Galaxy Note 2 goes official in Taiwan

Samsung released the Amber Brown and Ruby Wine Galaxy Note 2 in Korea last month, now the Pink Galaxy Note 2 has been unveiled in the manufacturer’s Taiwan’s official website, just in time for the Valentine’s Day. Samsung Smartphone battery explodes in a man’s pocket in Korea

In a recent shocking incident, battery of the Samsung Galaxy Note has caught fire in a 55-year old man’s pocket in South Korea last Saturday. The battery was not in the phone when the incident happened, and the man received second-degree burns on his thigh, according to a report from a Korean site.
