Samsung has announced that it will offer 360 live streaming for its Galaxy Note Unpacked 2016 event later today, where it will unveil the flagship Galaxy Note7 smartphone. Samsung has reported its earnings for Q2 2016, in which the company has made operating profit of 8.14 trillion won ($7.22 billion) for the quarter that ended June 30, 2016, which is up 16% YoY. It reported revenues of 50.94 trillion won ($45.2 billion), up 5% year-on-year and net profit of 5.85 trillion won (US$ 5.17 billion), compared with 5.75 trillion won a year earlier. Samsung has launched 256GB UHS-I (U3), Class 10 microSD card in India. It has Samsung’s advanced V-NAND technology, offering high read and write speeds of up to 95MB/s and 90MB/s, respectively. It will be useful for high-resolution photography and 4K video recording, as well as graphic intensive multimedia like virtual reality (VR) and gaming.
