Samsung starts mass production of 12GB LPDDR4X RAM for smartphones

Samsung has already introduced the Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy Fold smartphones with 12GB of RAM last month. Today the company has announced that it has started mass production of 12-gigabyte (GB) low-power double data rate 4X (LPDDR4X) RAM for premium smartphones. It is  achieved by combining six 16-gigabit (Gb) LPDDR4X chips (16Gb=2GB) based on the second-generation 10nm-class (1y-nm) process into a single package, and promises up to a 10% power reduction while maintaining the same data rate of 4,266 megabits per second (Mb/s) as it 8GB RAM.

Samsung NU6100 4K UHD Smart TV line-up launched in India exclusively online starting at Rs. 41990

Samsung India has launched its online exclusive NU6100 4K UHD Smart TV line-up with Super6 features such as Live Cast, Tune Station, Screen Mirroring, Lag Free Gaming, Real 4K resolution and 60+ titles in India. These come in 43-inch, 50-inch and 55-inch models and feature 4K UHD (3840 x 2160 pixels) displays with 60 Hz refresh rate, support for HDR 10+.

Samsung Galaxy S10 sales better than expected as specs differentiate from iPhones: Kuo

Popular analyst Ming-Chi Kuo in a new investor note has covered early order estimates of the Galaxy S10. Samsung Galaxy Buds true wireless earbuds launched in India for Rs. 9990

Along with the Samsung Galaxy S10 series of smartphones, the company also launched the Galaxy Buds, wireless earbuds in India. These earbuds design by AKG were announced last month, and features Ambient Sound allows you to hear your surroundings clearly even while the buds are in your ears.  The Adaptive Dual Microphone uses one inner microphone and one outer microphone in each earbud, so you can deliver your voice clearly in both loud and quiet environments.

Samsung Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S10e launched in India officially

Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy S10e smartphones in India, after Samsung started pre-booking recently. All the phones are powered by Samsung Exynos 9 Series 9820 SoCs and feature Dynamic AMOLED display. The S10 and S10+ are the first Samsung phones with an in-display Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanner that reads the 3D contours of user’s physical thumbprint for improved anti-spoofing.

Samsung patent hints at Wireless TV without cables

For this, Samsung is said to be working on a solution in the background, in the form of a wireless power transceiver. Samsung, back in 2018 has filed a patent with the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Office) for a wireless power transceiver and display apparatus with the same.

Samsung Galaxy A60 with 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display, up to 8GB RAM, in-display fingerprint sensor, 4500mAh battery surfaces

Samsung introduced the Galaxy A50 recently, and it was also launched in India at a competitive price tag a few days back. Now the company is gearing up to introduce the Galaxy A60, and the specifications of the phone has surfaced online. This reveals a slightly later 6.7-inch Infinity-U Super AMOLED display, Snapdragon 675 SoC instead of Exynos 9610 SoC, up to 8GB of RAM and an improved 32-megapixel camera while retaining the 5-megapixel depth sensor for Live Focus and an 8-megapixel Ultra Wide lens.

Samsung now allows remapping Bixby key on Galaxy Note 9, Note 8, S9 and S8 series

Samsung has finally decided to allow users to remap the Bixby key on its flagships S10-series that allows you to launch a third-party app using the key.
