Samsung Q950TS QLED 8K TV with bezel-less Infinity Screen, 5.1 channel surround-sound, 88- and 150-inch MicroLED TVs announced

After teaser, Samsung has officially announced its flagship Q950TS QLED 8K TV which features  Infinity Screen that eliminates the bezel around the display to create a screen-to-body ratio of nearly 99%, and the first to feature 5.1 channel surround-sound in a 15mm ultra-thin form factor that is completely flat black panel. Powered by Tizen, it takes voice commands and lets you access new features like Tap View, Digital Butler and Samsung Health. It features enhanced AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology to improve audio, video and smart capabilities.

Samsung officially schedules Galaxy Unpacked 2020 event on February 11 in San Francisco, Galaxy S20 series and Fold 2 expected

After rumors, Samsung has officially scheduled Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Event in San Francisco on February 11. Samsung says that it will unveil new, innovative devices that will shape the next decade of mobile experiences. Based on recent rumors the company is said to jump from S10 to S20. After several rumors, the invite for the Samsung Unpacked 2020has surfaced online that revealed February 11 date for the next Galaxy flagship phones, Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+, Galaxy S20 Ultra and Galaxy Fold 2. After rumors Samsung just announced the Galaxy S10 Lite and Note10 Lite smartphones ahead of CES 2020 next week. These pack a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display, in-display fingerprint scanner, 32-megapixel front camera inside the tiny punch-hole and a 4500mAh battery with support for 25w fast charging. Samsung shipped over 6.7 million 5G smartphones globally in 2019, Galaxy Tab S6 5G coming in Q1 2020

Samsung has announced that it has shipped over it shipped more than 6.7 million Galaxy 5G smartphones globally that includes Galaxy S10 5G, Note10 5G, Note10+ 5G, Galaxy A90 5G and Galaxy Fold 5G. It added that as of November 2019, Samsung accounted for 53.9% of the global 5G smartphone market globally. Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 5G, which will be available in Korea in the first quarter of 2020, will be the world’s first 5G tablet. Samsung TVs to receive 8K certification from the 8K Association

Samsung Electronics has partnered with the 8K Association (8KA) to create and receive its certification from a new program that aims to distinguish 8K-enabled televisions and other devices. Samsung 8K TV’s will one of the first in the industry to meet this standard which involves various criteria like resolution, brightness and contrast, ports, etc.

Samsung to unveil ‘NEON Artificial Human’ at CES 2020

Samsung Galaxy Buds+ true wireless earbuds surface, expected alongside Galaxy S11 in 2020
