Microsoft unveils Project AirSim to accelerate autonomous air mobility development

Microsoft has unveiled Project AirSim, a new innovation, today at the Farnborough International Airshow. Project AirSim uses high-fidelity simulation to safely build, train, and test autonomous aircraft on the Azure platform. It is essentially an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered simulator for drones, flying taxis, and other advanced aerial mobility (AAM) vehicles. OPPO Pad Air with 10.36″ 2K display, Snapdragon 680, Quad Speakers, Dolby Atmos launched in India starting at Rs. 16,999

OPPO held an ‘OPPOverse’ launch event to introduce the Reno8 Series and other products. OPPO’s first tablet in India, the Pad Air, was introduced at the event. It has a large 10.36-inch 2K (2000 x 1200 pixel) display, an 83.5 percent screen-to-body ratio, and an Eye protection mode. It weighs 440g and has a thin body of 6.94mm with a sunset dune texture design. OPPO just launched the Enco X2, the company’s latest TWS ANC earbuds as the successor to last year’s Enco X in India, as it had promised. It has next-generation Super Dynamic Balance Enhanced Engine (SuperDBEE) acoustic system co-developed with Nordic audio giant Dynaudio, supports segment-best 45dB depth and 4000Hz width Active Noise Cancellation  to isolate and “remove” unwanted sounds while preserving the original audio signal. OPPO Reno8 Pro with 6.7″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 8100-Max, 12GB RAM launched in India for Rs. 45,999

Along with the Reno8, OPPO also launched the Reno8 Pro smartphone in India, as it had promised. It has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ 120Hz AMOLED screen compared t0 90Hz in the predecessor and replaces the Dimensity 1200-Max in the Reno7 Pro with Dimensity 8100-Max. It has 12GB of RAM and OPPO’s Ultra-Conductive Graphite Cooling System improves cooling by 45% over traditional graphite for an even extra bump in performance, said the company. OPPO just launched the Reno8, the company’s latest smartphone in the Reno8 series in India, as it had promised. It retains the 6.4-inch FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED screen, but replaces the Dimensity 900 SoC with the Dimensity 1300 SoC. It has 8GB of RAM, comes with OPPO’s Super-Conductive VC Liquid Cooling System and runs Android 12 with ColorOS 12.1. The company has promised 2 years of major Android updates and 4 years of security updates for the phone. TECNO Mobile from TRANSSION India has launched the TECNO Spark 9, the company’s latest budget smartphone in India, as it had promised. It has a 6.6-inch HD+ screen with 90Hz refresh rate, is powered by MediaTek Helio G37 processor compared to G25 in the predecessor. It has up to 6GB of RAM with 5GB of virtual RAM, packs a 13-megapixel rear camera along with an AI lens. There is an 8-megapixel camera on the front. It runs Android 12. HUAWEI to introduce HarmonyOS 3 along with new devices on July 27

On July 27th, HUAWEI will unveil HarmonyOS 3, its next major operating system. This will be the company’s next major OS, powering a variety of products such as smartphones, tablets, and IoT devices.
