ASUS ZenWatch lands on the US Google Play Store for $199

Android 5.0 Lollipop factory images for Nexus 4 now available
Google started rolling out the Android 5.0 Lollipop over-the-air (OTA) update and released factory images and binaries for the Nexus 5, WiFi variants of both Nexus 7 2012 and Nexus 7 2013 and the Nexus 10 earlier this week. Now the Factory images and binaries for the Nexus 4 is available for download. Factory images and binaries for the Nexus 6 is not available yet. Gionee has launched CTRL V6L and Pioneer P5L LTE smartphone and has announced P4S and P6 smartphones. The Gionee CTRL V6L has a 5-inch HD screen, powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 SoC, comes with a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The Pioneer P5L has a 4.7-inch FWVGA screen, powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor, comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Swipe Technologies has launched the Swipe Ultimate, the company’s first Windows 8.1 tablet. It has a 10.1-inch (1280×800 pixels) IPS screen and is powered by an quad-core Intel Atom Z3735 processor. It has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It comes with a magnetic keyboard that has a touchpad so that it can double up as a laptop.

Asus has launched Transformer Pad TF103 and Transformer Book T200 tablets in India. The Asus Transformer Pad TF103 is an Android tablet running Android 4.4 (KitKat) and the Transformer Book T200 is a portable Windows 8.1 tablet with a 11.6-inch screen that transforms into a laptop with a full-size keyboard dock. Asus also launched the Transformer Flip Book, a 15.6” laptop with 360-degree rotating touchscreen. Oculus VR mobile SDK available for developers
Oculus Rift has released the mobile software development kit (SDK) for Samsung’s Gear VR Innovation headset. The Gear VR is powered by the Oculus Mobile software and therefore comes with an official Mobile Software Development Kit that will encourage developers to prepare some apps for the new platform.

BlackBerry Classic now available for pre-order at $449, launching on December 17
BlackBerry has started taking pre-order for the BlackBerry Classic, the company’s latest top-end smartphone with a physical QWERTY keyboard. It is the successor of the BlackBerry Q10 that was launched last year. The Classic was originally announced as BlackBerry Q20 back in February and it was expected to launch this month. NVIDIA Shield Tablet Android 5.0 Lollipop update to roll out on Nov 18
NVIDIA already announced that the Shield Tablet would be updated to Android 5.0 (Lollipop). Sony unleashes AOSP source code for Xperia Z3, Z2 and Z1
Sony has posted source code and binaries for the Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3 Compact, Xperia Z2, Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z1 Compact. The company is yet to release the Android Lollipop Update for these devices, however it has already confirmed that it will release it soon.
