Micromax A116 Canvas HD with 5-inch HD display, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, Android 4.1 announced

Micromax has announced the A116 Canvas HD, their new Flagship device. It has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). It has a 8MP rear camera with LED Flash and a 2MP front-facing camera. It also comes with Hookup Instant messaging app. Micromax launched the A110 Superfone Canvas 2 and the A90S Superfone Pixel powered by dual-core processor last year. Micromax A30 Smarty 3.0 now available for Rs. 3849

Micromax A30 Smarty 3.0, new phone in the Smarty range is now available from online retailer Saholic. The company launched the A25 Smarty budget Android phone last year, but this one includes 3G support that was absent in the A25 and the recently launched A68 Smarty. It has a 3-inch (240 x 320 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen display, powered by 832 MHz Broadcom Processor and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It has a 2MP rear camera with LED Flash. Micromax A101 with 1GHz dual-core processor now available for Rs. 9999

Micromax A101, an upgraded version of the Micromax A100 is now available in India from online retailers Snapdeal and Flipkart. Even though the Micromax A110 that was officially launched last month has better specifications, the A101 comes with almost similar features as the A100 but has a slightly improved 2100 mAh battery. It comes with a 5-inch (480 x 800 pixels) WVGA display instead of a FWGA display on the A100 and the A100 and also comes with four capactive touch buttons at the bottom. Micromax A68 Smarty 4.0, new phone in the Smarty range is now available from online retailers Saholic and Flipkart. The company launched the A25 Smarty budget Android phone couple of months back. The A68 comes with 2G EDGE support similar to the A25. It has a 4-inch (480 x 800 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen IPS display and is powered by a 1 GHz MediaTek MT6515 processor. Micromax launched the A110 Superfone Canvas 2, successor of the Micromax A100 Superfone Canvas last month. Here we have the unboxing of the latest Dual SIM Android phone from Micromax. This is priced at Rs. 9,999, and come with a 5-inch TFT capacitive touch screen IPS display at a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels with 196 ppi pixel density . It runs on Android 4.0.4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS.

Micromax A110 Superfone Canvas 2 and A90S Superfone Pixel launched for Rs. 9990 and Rs. 12990

Micromax has launched 2 new Android Smartphone, A110 Superfone Canvas 2 and A90S Superfone Pixel with a 1GHz dual-core processor and Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). The Micromax A110 pre-booking started last month and it went on sale in India last week, while the A90S is looks similar to the A90 that we reviewed in August. Micromax has started teasing their upcoming A110 Superfone Canvas 2 on their Facebook page and also opened the pre-booking for the handset on Snapdeal. It is the successor of the Micromax A100 Superfone Canvas that we reviewed recently. The design of the phone is similar to the A100, but it would come with a 1 GHz dual-core processor and an upgraded 8 Megapixel camera with LED Flash and a 0.3MP front-facing camera for video calling. Micromax has launched the Funbook Infinity (P275). It has a 7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz processor with Dual Mali 400– the 2D/3D Graphics Processor. It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). MediaTek MT6577 1GHz dual-core processor to power Spice Stellar Horizon and Micromax A90

Semiconductor manufacturer MediaTek has announced that the Spice Stellar Horizon (Mi-500) and the Micromax A90 would come with a 1GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6577 processor. The Micromax A90 Superfone Pixel was originally launched in India last month for Rs. 12990, and we reviewed it recently. It had a MediaTek MT6575 single-core processor instead of a dual-core processor, as it was announced during the launch. The Spice Stellar Horizon (Mi-500) that was launched in June at Rs. 11,999 was expected to come with a 1 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, but it was delayed for several months.Now it is confirmed that it would come with a MediaTek MT6577 processor instead.
