Google is all set to unveil the Pixel 2 at an event tomorrow, October 4th. Press renders of the phone in several colors and pricing for both 64GB and 128GB storage versions surfaced last month, now clear press renders of the phone has surfaced. This also shows smaller bezel for the Pixel XL 2, thanks to 18:9 aspect ratio, but it is not an edge-to-edge screen, according to @evleaks.

Google Assistant now available on Android TV starting with NVIDIA SHIELD TV

Google has finally rolled out support for Assistant on Android TV starting with NVIDIA SHIELD TV just as it had promised earlier this year. For the assistant to work, firstly user have to update which is available for both the Original Shield TV and new upgraded model. In addition to SHIELD TV, Google said that it would also roll out the update to Sony Bravia TVs in the coming months. Functioning of the Google Assistant is very easy, and you can trigger the voice assistant by pressing the microphone button on your SHIELD remote which then will activate the Assistant. Google to buy part of HTC’s smartphone team for $1.1 Billion

After rumors, Google has officially announced that it has signed an agreement with HTC to acquire team of HTC talent for US$1.1 billion in cash. This includes some of whom have already been working on the Pixel smartphone line.
