Asus will now allow users to add a powerful Xenon flash to its smartphones. The company has announced ZenFlash that will connect to the Zenfone 2 via USB OTG and will provide flash that is 400 times stronger than the smaller LED flash present on the smartphones.

Asus Zenfone 2 launched in Taiwan, pricing revealed
Asus introduced the ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML) at the CES back in January. It introduced Zenfone 2 (ZE500CL), a smaller 5-inch variant in Taiwan last month, now the company has introduced Zenfone 2 (ZE550ML) another 5.5-inch variant of the smartphone with a HD display. Except the 4GB RAM variant, all the other Zenfone 2 variants are now available for order from official Asus online store in Taiwan and ships in April. Asus Fonepad 7 (FE171CG) and MeMO Pad 8 (ME581CL) launched in India for Rs. 10999 and Rs. 19999
Asus has launched the Fonepad 7 (FE171CG) and MeMO Pad 8 (ME581CL) tablets in India. The new Fonepad 7 was unveiled at the CES earlier this year and packs a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) display, is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2520 processor with PowerVR SGX544 GPU, comes with a 8-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The MeMO Pad 8 (ME581CL) that was announced at the Computex last year has a 8-inch (1200×1920 pixels) IPS display, is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3580 processor, comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera. Asus Fonepad 7 FE375CL with 7-inch HD display, 4G LTE, Android 5.0 announced
Asus has announced Fonepad 7 FE375CL, the company’s latest Fonepad 7 variant with LTE support and Android 5.0 (Lollipop). It has the same 7-inch HD display seen on Asus Fonepad 7 (FE375CG) that was introduced last year, but this is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3530 processor and comes with single SIM support. ASUS ZenPower 9600mAh power bank announced
ASUS has introduced ZenPower, the company’s first 9600mAh portable power bank in Taiwan. It was originally introduced at the CES last month only to selected media and competes with Xiaomi’s 10400mAh power bank. It even looks similar to the Xiaomi Mi power bank. It weighs 215 grams and is 18mm thick, slightly lighter and thinner than the Mi 10400mAh power bank that weighs 250g and is 21.6mm thick. Other dimensions are almost similar. ASUS Zenfone 4 and Zenfone 5 smartphones received a price cut in India earlier this month. Now ASUS has released a new 8GB variant of the Zenfone 5 (A501CG) to Rs. 7,999 for Republic Day. The Zenfone 5 was launched for Rs. 9,999 last year and got a price cut to Rs. 9,499 earlier this month. According to ASUS, this new variant has 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Z2520 Processor, but it retains the same 2GB RAM and 5-inch HD display, unlike 1GB RAM and 5-inch qHD display in the Zenfone 5 Lite.
