Microsoft has updated its OneNote app for iPhone and iPad to version 2.1 that brings several improvements including, om proved Japanese typing responsiveness, Automatic list detection that lets you spend less time formatting your content and lots of bug fixes. The iPad app  now has support for creating new SkyDrive notebooks and also now lets you  add, rename and delete sections. The iPhone app is now less than half the size in download and installation size. OneNote for iPhone and iPad got a major update back in July that brought lot of new features.

Evernote 5.3 for Android brings Document Markup, Announcements and more

Evernote has updated the Android application to version 5.3 that brings Document Markup that lets you overlay text, shapes, arrows, stamps, and more on top of images. This feature is similar to the Evernote Skitch. Premium users can now add annotations to any page of the PDF. This feature is available as a trail for limited time.  Now you can tap the bugle icon at the top of the homescreen to find Announcements that details product update information, tips about features and inspiring user stories.

Facebook has updated the Android Beta app to version 3.7 that brings lot of new features including the most need, post and comment editing features, icons with action status update and more. The  new action and icon status updates yet was released for iPhone and iPad in the version 6.2 update back in June. Facebook started the Beta program back in June. Both the 3.5 and 3.6 Betas brought only bug fixes and improvements. Google has updated the Drive app for iPhone and iPad to version 2.0 that brings a lot of features including a new design with new grid view, previews and lotes more. Google Drive for Android got these features back in May. You can also switch between the new thumbnail view and the traditional list view, copy the link for any Drive file to share it easily, new details page makes moving the file a Drive folders and  sharing easy. Flickr for iPhone updated with new camera, live filters and more

Yahoo! has updated the Flickr app for iPhone with a new camera and photo filters. Yahoo! acquired GhostBird Software, creators of popular iOS photography apps KitCam, and the new features are result of it, created by GhostBird Software team. The update brings live inline filters and editing capabilities, Live Filters let you see how your photo looks while you take it. Digg Reader for Android released

Digg has released their official Android app on Google Play. This offers stories from the Digg homepage as well as Digg Reader on Android devices. This is the first Android release, so the app would be gradually improved with missing features such as a Show Only Unread Items view, text size and display mode options, and background updating, says the company. Real Racing 3 now available for BlackBerry 10

EA Mobile has released the Real Racing 3 for BlackBerry 10 finally. The racing game was released for Android, iPhone and iPad back in February. The games also got a new update last month that brought new cars, Time Trial Race and more. You don’t get these new features in BlackBerry though. Temple Run: Oz now available for Windows Phone 8

Temple Run: Oz from Imangi Studios and Disney/Pixar is now available for Windows Phone 8. The game was released for Android, iPhone and iPad in March. The Temple Run: Oz based on the Temple Run 2 and inspired by Oz the Great and Powerful movie that released earlier this year. This game would let you Play as Oz and outrun the shrieking flying baboons as you turn, jump and slide your way across the land. Evernote for Windows Phone has received a major update to version 4.0 that brings log of new features including a new multi-shot camera, speech-to-text capabilities, smart note titling, and better support for Windows Phone 8. The multi-shot camera  lets you take photos without exiting camera mode, new slideshows lets you swipe through to view images in a note. The speech-to-text automatically transcribes your speech to text, you can use this by pressing the speech bubble icon. The app now has auto title that uses  your location, the content of your note, and even a calendar event to give your note a useful title. Twitter has updated both the Android (v 4.1.6)and iPhone (v5.10) apps with a new conversation view. Now, Tweets that are part of a conversation are shown in chronological order. Up to three Tweets are shown in a sequence in the home timeline, once you tap a Tweet, you can see all the replies, including those from people you don’t follow. Asphalt 8: Airborne for Android now available for Download

Gameloft released the Asphalt 8: Airborne, the new game in the Asphalt series for iPhone and iPad earlier today. The game is now available for download for Android devices. The new game offers even more challenges, more cars, all new maps and the most life-like graphics ever with the new physics engine that would give you a realistic feel when you pull death-defying stunts, destroy objects in your path, and catch major air off ramps.
