Microsoft started sign-ups for public beta of Cortana for iOS earlier this month, now the company has started rolling out the app via Apple’s TestFlight for the users, which is limited to 2,000 testers per application. The original survey indicated that Cortana for iOS would be available in the U.S. and China, so beta testing is currently limited.
