Brian Acton who co-founded WhatsApp with Jan Koum in 2009 left the company back in September last year. Today WhatsApp CEO Jan Koum has announced that he is leaving the company. Facebook reports $4.9 billion net income in Q1 2018, up 63% YoY; 2.20 billion monthly active users

Facebook has revealed financial results for Q1 2018. The company has generated a total revenue of $4,988 million, an increase of 63%  year-over-year. It has reported the quarterly GAAP net income at $11,666 million compared to the $8,032 million same quarter last year. The GAAP diluted EPS was reported at $1.69 compared to the $1.04 in 2017. Twitter reports $61 million profit in Q1 2018, has 336 million monthly active users

Twitter has revealed financial results for Q1 2018. The company has generated a total revenue of $665 million, an increase of 21% year-over-year, or an increase of 27% year-over-year when excluding the approximately $23 million of revenue in Q1’17 from fully-deprecated TellApart product. The company has reported the quarterly GAAP net income at $61 million, compared to a net loss of $62 million in
