Google started selling the Nexus 7 (2013) on the Play Store in India last month, and the tablet was officially launched last week. The Nexus 5 Bumper Case went on sale on the Play Store in India last month, but the Nexus 7 Sleeve and the Nexus 5 QuickCover are still listed as coming soon. Google has released another accessory, Nexus 7 Folio bumper case, that went on sale in the U.S. yesterday, priced at US$49.99. It is priced in India at Rs. 3,299 on the Play Store. Nokia has finally unveiled the BH-121 Bluetooth Stereo Headset with NFC support. The Bluetooth headset was leaked as Nokia Guru, back in October and was expected launch at the Dubai event along with the Lumia 1520 and the Lumia 2520. The Bluetooth Stereo headset comes with in-ear headphones (WH-208) that connects to the headset through a 3.5mm jack and weighs just 15.7 grams. LG unveiled the LG TONE+ (HBS-730), successor of the popular Bluetooth stereo headset LG TONE (HBS-700) last year. The company has launched the new LG Tone Ultra (HBS-800) headset in Korea. LG has announced that it plans to launch the Bluetooth headset in other countries. LG says that the LG TONE headsets, HBS-700 and the HBS-700 have sold over 200 million units globally. Qualcomm announced its own Smartwatch – the Toq with a Mirasol display back in September, which would go on sale in the U.S. for $349.99 starting December 2nd. Now the Appscomm Fashioncomm A1 Smartwatch has used the same on its own Smartwatch. The Mirasol technology enables an always-on 1.55-inch MEMS display with the battery life lasting more number of days than a standard display. Google started selling the Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 (2013) through their Play Store in India and Hong Kong few hours back. It has also started selling the Nexus Wireless Charger in the US and Canada. It is compatible with the Nexus 4, Nexus 5 and the latest Nexus 7 tablet, since all these have Wireless charging based on Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) ’s Qi standard, the global standard for wireless power. Qualcomm Toq, a proof of concept Smartwatch from Qualcomm has been given a price tag and an availability date. It is priced at 349.99 USD and is slated to be available for order, starting December 2nd. The smartwatch, which is meant to be a show and tell of Qualcomm tech in the upcoming wearable computing era, uses several of its technologies like Mirasol and WiPower LE.
