Samsung Gear Fit 2 with Bio-Processor expected to be announced in June

Samsung Gear Fit 2 surfaced in live images last month, later the fitness tracker appeared on the official website, along with the Gear IconX Bluetooth earbuds. Now a new report from Korea say that Samsung will introduce the Gear Fit 2 in the home country as early as next month. The report also says that it will include Samsung’s own Bio-Processor chip that was introduced few months back. This chip has integrated Analog Front Ends (AFE) to measures body fat, skeletal muscle mass, heart rate, heart rhythm, skin temperature and stress level.

Huawei, along with the honor V8 smartphone introduced its latest Honor Band A1 fitness tracker. In addition to accurate fitness tracking such as exercise time, distance walked or run, steps taken and calories burnt, it also has advanced sleep tracking that can track even small naps and calculate the quality of sleep such as deep sleep. It also has silent vibration alarm and alerts you for incoming calls when connected to Android or iOS devices. Xiaomi has announced iHealth 2, a new Blood Pressure monitor and the successor of the first iHealth device that was introduced back in 2014. It has a 4.3-inch color screen, uses WiFi Direct to connect to Android devices, automatically detects high and low blood pressure and also has voice broadcast that automatically reads out the results.
