Reliance Jio reports Rs. 840 crore profit in FY Q4 2018-19, crosses 300 million subscribers
Reliance Jio has reported Rs. 11,106 crore revenue, up 7.0 % QoQ and 55.8 YoY and a net profit of 840 crore, up 1.1% QoQ and 64.7% YoY for its seventh quarterly financial performance for the period that ended 31st March
2019. Reliance Jio acquires Haptik in a deal valued at Rs. 700 crore
Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) today announced that its subsidiary Reliance Jio Digital Services Limited (RJDSL) has entered into a definitive business transfer agreement with Haptik Infotech Pvt Ltd (Haptik). On a fully diluted basis Reliance will hold about 87% of the business with the rest being held by Haptik founders and employees through stock option grants. Reliance Jio has reported Rs. 10,383 crore revenue, up 12.4% QoQ and 50.9 YoY and a net profit of 831 crore, up 22.1% QoQ and 65% YoY for its sixth quarterly financial performance for the period that ended 31st December, 2018. Jio reported Standalone earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of 4,053 crore, up 13.4% QoQ, EBITDA margin of 39%, and Standalone earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) of 2,369 crore, up 16% QoQ .

Reliance Jio Infocomm is said to be working with partners to bring in affordable Android smartphones with large-screens that can cater to the large mass of customers. After Airtel started eSIM activation for iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR in India a few days back, and quickly paused it, Reliance Jio has started eSIM activation for the eligible iPone users from today, after the support was enabled with iOS 12.1 update earlier this week. Reliance Jio reports Rs. 681 crore profit in FY Q2 2018-19, crosses 250 million subscribers
Reliance Jio has reported Rs. 9240 crore revenue, up 13.9% QoQ and 50.3 YoY and a net profit of 681 crore, up 11.3% QoQ for its fifth quarterly financial performance for the period that ended 30th September, 2018. Jio reported Standalone earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of 3,573 crore, up 13.5% QoQ, EBITDA margin of 38.7%, and Standalone earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) of 2,042 crore, up 19.6% QoQ . Consolidated value of services stood at 10,901 crore, up 13.9% over trailing quarter. It has 252.3 million subscribers as of September 30th, achieving it in 25 months of commencemnt of services.
