Instagram has introduced a standalone app called Boomerang that creates GIF-Like looping videos. Available on Android and iOS, the app combines photos into one-second videos that play forward and backward in a loop.

Instagram debuts 30-second video ads, expands ads to over 30 new countries including India

Instagram has introduced video ads of up to 30 seconds in length. Previous ads were capped at 15 seconds, same length of video that users can post. Instagram also announced that ads will now be available in more than 30 additional countries, followed by full global availability at the end of the month.
