Opera has announced that that have signed up with seven Indian mobile OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to preinstall Opera Mini browser on all their upcoming upcoming Android smartphone and Tablets. Opera partnered with Samsung last year to pre-install the Opera mini browser on their feature phones, the Samsung Star 3, Star 3 Duos and the Champ Deluxe Duos.
