Airtel launches international roaming packs with free incoming calls, up to 3GB data

Airtel has launched new Smart Packs for international roaming that offers unlimited free incoming calls, free callback minutes to India, up to 3GB of free data and more. The packs start at Rs. 2,499 and comes with a validity of 30 days. These packs can be activated through the Airtel website, myAirtel app, USSD and Customer Contact Centers.

Nokia to buy digital health firm Withings for $191 million

Nokia today announced that it will acquire Withings, popular for its digital health products and services, for 170 million euros ($191 million) in cash. “The combination of innovative products from Withings and the Digital Health business will also ensure the ongoing renewal of Nokia Technologies’ world class IPR portfolio,” said the company.

Philips SpeechAir Android-powered smart voice recorder with 360-degree microphone announced

Philips recently introduced SpeechAir, its new voice recorder powered by Android Kitkat developed by Speech Processing Solutions. It has three microphone, a 360° microphone for recording dictations and meetings, a directional microphone for speech recognition, specifically designed for ambient-sound environment and a MEMS microphone for taking VoIP phone calls.

Gmail 6.4 for Android brings Microsoft Exchange support for all

Google has updated Gmail app for Android to version 6.4 that finally brings for Microsoft Exchange accounts for all the users. Gmail 5.0 for Android brought support for Exchange accounts back in November 2014, but it was available only for Nexus, Google Play edition and Android One devices.
