AT&T USA had announced this March that they would acquire the T-Mobile USA from Deutsche Telekom for US$ 39 billion. Later Sprint opposed the merger saying that they need to have approval of Department of Justice and the Federal Communications Commission (FFC) for the tranaction. BlackBerry PlayBook launched in India , Prices Out !
BlackBerry maker Research in Motion today launched the much awaited BlackBerry Tablet – PlayBook at an event in Mumbai today. The 7-inch PlayBook is powered by a 1GHz Dual Core processor and packs 1 GB of RAM. It runs on QNX which makes the BlackBerry PlayBook really snappy. The Multitasking on the PlayBook is the best we have even seen on a Tablet. The Browser and Multimedia capabilities are pretty awesome too. Customer complains to Competition Commission of India about Apple
Apple is currently being investigated by the Competition Commission of India after a customer complained to the organization under Section 4 of the Competition Act 2002. While this might be some bad news for Apple who might have to answer to Commission, it’s actually a ridiculous complaint and the reporting by PTI is hilarious and innaccurate.
