Airtel launches BlackBerry BBM Plan for post-paid customers for Rs. 129


Airtel has launched new BBM Plan for mobile customers using BlackBerry smartphones. This would lets the Airtel customers enjoy unlimited use of Blackberry Messenger (BBM) and free 300 local + national SMS per month. Motorola to concentrate on marketing and manufacture less devices this year

Motorola was one of the manufacturers among many who filled the market with new devices, and failed to market them. Huawei MediaPad to ship with ICS, launches new MediaPad Color Series

Huawei has announced that MediaPad tablets would ship with Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). They claim that this is the world’s first tablet to come pre-loaded with the new Android 4.0. They launched the MediaPad last June as the first Android 3.2 tablet. They have also launched new MediaPad Color Series that would run on Android 3.2 (Honeycomb). Viewsonic ViewPad 10pi dual-boot and ViewPad 10e Android tablet announced


Viewsnic has announced ViewPad 10pi, dual-boot tablet and ViewPad 10e Android tablet at the CES 2012. The ViewPad 10pi has dual-boot option that runs on both Windows 7 Professional-based Tablet and Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It comes with 10.1-inch capacitive multi-touch and runs on 1.5GHz (Oak Trail)  Intel Atom 2670 processor and is the successor of Viewpad 10pro that was unveiled at MWC 2011. The ViewPad 10e has a 9.7-inch  TFT-LCD (1024×768 pixels) capacitive touch screen display. It is powered by 1 GHz CPU and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). Viewsonic has unveiled a Android ICS tablet, ViewPad E7 and a Dual SIM Android smartphone, ViewPhone 3 at CES 2012. The ViewPad E70 comes with a 7-inch (800 x 600 pixels) display and is powered by 1GHz processor. It runs on the latest Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) OS. The E70 is a Dual SIM smartphone that comes with a 3.5-inch (480 x 320 pixels) capacitive touch display and runs on Android (Gingerbread) 2.3 operating system.
