Lava has introduced IvoryE, the company’s latest tablet in the Ivory series. It has 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) display, powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean), similar to the IvoryS that was launched earlier this year. HP is planning to launch HP Slate 17, an all-in-one Android desktop/tablet. As the name suggests the device will have a 17 inch screen that can be used as a large tablet or a desktop PC.

Lenovo is all set to launch the Vibe Z2 Pro in India on October 1st. The company just sent a press invite for the launch event in Bangalore on Wednesday. The invite says Make way for the Pro and The Pro Awaits You, but the smartphone’s image clearly shows that it’s the Z2 Pro. Lenovo India has also teased the smartphone on their Facebook page and it is listed on the official Lenovo India website along with the Lenovo Vibe X2, but it is not clear if the company plans to launch the Vibe X2 at the launch event next week.
