LG G5 supports Qualcomm QuickCharge 3.0 but Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge don’t

Earlier, it was expected that if you pack the latest processor from Qualcomm, it would in effect be able to have the fast charging properties of the particular processor. However, the OnePlus 2 showed that it is possible to remove the fast charging abilities if needed.  Similarly, now it seems that Samsung have bundled only QuickCharge 2.0 with their Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge while LG’s G5 is capable of doing QuickCharge 3.0.

vivo already confirmed that its upcoming flagship Xplay5 smartphone will be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and pack whopping 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM. It also confirmed dual curved displays for the smartphone. Now a new leak from China (Via) reveals that it will come with a 5.43-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display, come with 128GB of internal storage, feature Cirrus Logic CS4398 DAC and a 3600mAh battery.

After showing up on Zauba and GFXBench, the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro has surfaced on AnTuTu, revealing the specifications. This coincides with earlier rumors, but it doesn’t confirm if the upcoming top-end ‘A series’ smartphone will come with 6-inch screen like the A9 or a smaller 5.5-inch screen.
