AMD has announced its full 7th Generation AMD A-Series Processor lineup which is aimed at productivity and entertainment performance. Previously codenamed “Bristol Ridge” and “Stoney Ridge,” the 7th Generation AMD FX, A-Series, and E-Series Accelerated Processing Units (APUs) show major improvements in performance compared to the previous generation, including double-digit gains in gaming, video rendering, and file compression performance. Xiaomi to buy 1500 patents from Microsoft, preload Office and Skype on its devices

Microsoft and Xiaomi have entered into a cross-license and patent transfer agreement. As a part of the deal, Xiaomi is acquiring 1,500 patents from Microsoft and will pre-load Microsoft Office and Skype apps on its Android smartphones and tablets. This is a part of Microsoft’s revised mobile strategy which focuses on getting its software and services onto iOS and Android devices instead of focusing on Windows devices alone. LG has introduced G Pad III 8.0, it’s latest mid-range tablet in Korea, few days after launching it in the US and Canada. It has a 8-inch (1920 × 1200) Full HD display, is powered by a 1.5GHz Octa-Core processor and runs on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow). It has a 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It has a standard USB Type-A port that will let you use standard  USB flash drives. Dell Inspiron 11 3000 Series (Model 3168, Drax) Touch 11-inch notebook computer. Product's keyboard has been partially folded over into tablet form factor, with keyboard used as a stand.

Dell has announced a number of 2-in-1 Windows 10 notebooks under its Inspiron series at the ongoing Computex 2016 in Taiwan. The company has unveiled 2-in-1 devices in the Inspiron 11 3000, Inspiron 5000 and Inspiron 7000.

It uses PureCel Plus-S stacked die technology that delivers improved sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) with faster 12-bit readout architecture when compared with previous-generation big-pixel sensors.
