Xiaomi launches Mi Smart LED Bulb (White) in India for Rs. 499

Xiaomi has launched Mi Smart LED Bulb (White), the company’s latest Smart Bulb in India. It is a 7.5W bulb with 810 Lumens of brightness, comes with support for Amazon Alexa as well as Google Assistant, and doesn’t require a separate bridge. It comes with B22 socket, so that you don’t need a separate E27 to B22 converter. The bulb glows only in White compared to 16 million colours in the company’s earlier models. The 12W speakers feature 63.5mm driver and Texas Instruments’ TAS5805M Hi-Fi Audio Processor giving a 360° rich surround sound, comes with DTS sound, features Bluetooth and dual-band Wi-Fi, 2 far field microphones for accurate voice recognition. Xiaomi just launched Mi Watch Revolve, the company’s latest smartwatch in India at its Smarter Living event. It comes in 46mm version with a 1.3-inch AMOLED screen that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, has 112 different watch faces to choose from. It has a stainless steel frame, can track 10 sports activities, features FIRSTBEAT professional sports analysis and comes with GPS. Alternative app stores choices on Android to become easier to install soon

When Epic Games started a legal fight with Apple over the latter’s app store policies and high fee on app-store purchases, Epic Games also filed a lawsuit against Google on similar grounds. While Apple is fighting back against the lawsuit aggressively, Google is looking to make changes in their policies to make themselves appear less anti-competitive, announcing that they will be making it easier for users to select an alternative app store on Android 12.

Today it has started rolling out the smartwatch in UK, France,  Germany, Italy and Spain at €250 (US$ 291 / Rs. 21,480 approx.) /£250. It is also offering 20% discount in France, Italy, and Spain, so they can get it for €199 (US$ 232 / Rs. 17,100 approx.) till September 30th, Wednesday. Fitbit OS 5.0 rolling out for Fitbit Sense and Versa 3 fitness trackers

Fitbit has begun shipping two of their newly announced fitness trackers, the Fitbit Sense and Fitbit Versa 3. With them, Fitbit has also released their latest Fitbit OS 5.0, bringing major changes to the UI and navigation. The new update will only arrive for these two fitness trackers and not for the older devices.

Jabra Elite Active 75t Review: A worthy competitor?

Jabra has been a leader in audio products for a long time now, for both casual listening and for office spaces. Among the former, the Elite series of headphones and earphones have a strong reputation for quality, both in materials and audio fidelity. The Elite Active 75t is their highest-end truly wireless earbuds, replacing the well-reviewed 65t, designed for listening to music during the gym, when working out and for those with a more active lifestyle. With a price tag of 15,499, it is cheaper than other workout focused earbuds like the Bose SoundSport Free and the Beats Powerbeats Pro, but what compromises did Jabra make? Read on in my review.

Xiaomi introduces Mi TV Lux 82-inch 4K and Mi TV Lux Pro 82-inch 8K 120Hz TVs with MEMC, Dolby Atmos

After introducing Mi TV Lux 65″ model, Xiaomi today introduced new Mi TV Lux 82″ and also its first Mi TV Lux Pro 82″ 8K TVs in China. Both these have MEMC motion compensation technology and support for Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. The 8K model can decode capable of decoding up to 8K 60Hz source with new processor and also has 5G support via SIM card. This also comes with an in-box NFC remote control that allows users to cast video from their smartphones by touching it with their handset.
