Xiaomi announced MIUI 12 Global along with the roll-out schedule back in May. As per the schedule, devices such as Redmi 7, Redmi Y3, Redmi 6, and Redmi 6A were kept in the second phase to receive MIUI 12 Global Stable update. Now, the company has confirmed that these devices will not be receiving MIUI 12 Global Stable update. The company has cited compatibility and performance issues behind taking the decision.
