Samsung Galaxy M33 5G with Exynos 1200, 6GB RAM, Android 12 surfaces in benchmarks

Samsung Galaxy M33 5G has been spotted on Geekbench listings with the model number SM-M336BU. This reveals Exynos 1200 SoC codenamed S5E8825, 6GB of RAM and Android 12. This comes after the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G surfaced in Geekbench listing with the same processor earlier this month.

Since the Galaxy M33 5G is expected to pack the Exynos 1200 SoC, we can also expect the Galaxy A33 5G to be powered by the same chip. The A33 5G is expected to feature a 6.4-inch FHD+ flat display with an Infinity-U notch, and this could be a Super AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, same as the predecessor.

Based on earlier rumours, the Exynos 1200 will feature 2 x prime cores clocked at 2.40 GHz and 6 x power efficient CPU cores clocked at 2.00 GHz per core and feature Mali-G68 GPU. This reveals a score of 726 points in the single-core test and 1,830 points in the multicore test, almost the same as the earlier leaks.

The Samsung Galaxy M33 5G is expected to be announced sometime in early 2022 soon after the Galaxy A33 5G. We should know more details in the coming weeks.
