Lenovo K8 Note launching in India exclusively on Amazon on August 9

Last week Lenovo confirmed that it will launch its K8 Note smartphone in India on August 9th, skipping the K7 Note. Today Amazon India has announced that it will be available exclusively with them while teasing the performance and camera of phone. Last year’s Vibe K5 Note was launched on Flipkart, but the K6 Note that was launched in late 2016 was launched through offline stores in the country. After posting the first press render of the Galaxy Note8 in Midnight Black version of the upcoming Galaxy Note8 smartphone, @evleaks has posted a new image that shows the dual rear cameras on the back along with a fingerprint sensor. It also shows the side profile of the phone with volume rockers and the Bixby button on the left and the power button on the right.

BlackBerry has launched its KEYone smartphone in India, as expected. It is designed, manufactured and sold by Optiemus in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. It has a 4.5-inch (1620 x 1080 pixels) display with 3:2 aspect ratio and has a 4-row QWERTY physical backlit keyboard with keys that respond to touch gestures, support for flick typing, up to 52 customizable shortcuts and the fingerprint sensor is built into the spacebar.

Samsung is all set to unveil its flagship Galaxy Note8 smartphone at Galaxy Unpacked event on August 23. We had seen several render sketches of the phone, now we have the first press render of the phone, thanks to @evleaks. It shows a similar design as the Galaxy S8 with Infinity display with minimal bezels. All the important sensors including the iris scanner is seen on the top. HMD global is all set to introduce its flagship Nokia 8 smartphone on August 16. The phone had already surfaced in Geekbench listing confirmed some of the specifications Today Nokia 9 with model numbers TA-1004, TA-1012, TA-1052 has surfaced on GFXBench listing, but the phone will likely be called the Nokia 8.

ACT (Atria Convergence Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), popular for its Fiber Optic broadband has revised its broadband plans in Delhi in a year of launch. This will allow customers to enjoy higher speeds at no additional cost, said ACT.  The Basic plan remains the same, but other plans have been upgraded. 100Mbps plan has been upgraded to 150Mbps at same costs Rs. 1,999 with 300GB FUP, compared to 250GB. Previously 125Mbps plan was the maximum for SOHO (Small office / Home Office) customers, now there are 150Mbps plans offering 50GB more data at same cost. Samsung today announced that it developed LTE modem technology f its next-generation mobile processors that supports 6CA (carrier aggregation) for the first time in the industry. This Cat.18 6CA-supported LTE modem technology will offer a maximum download speed of 1.2 gigabits per second (Gbps), compared to Cat.16 LTE modem with 1 gigabit (Gb) downlink speed in the Samsung Exynos 9 Series (8895) processor that powers the Samsung Galaxy S8 series of phones.
