OnePlus 5 got OxygenOS 4.5.6 hotfix update to fix and issue of reboot caused when dialing emergency numbers. Now it has rolled out OxygenOS 4.5.7 update that brings several new features, including a new OnePlus Slate font, finally brings EIS for 4K video recording, since it was only available for 1080p videos, Wi-Fi connectivity and battery standby improvements and several bug fixes. Razer acquired Nextbit back in January this year and stopped selling Nextbit Robin smartphones, but it already promised software updates for the smartphone for 6 more months. Today the company has announced that it has ended customer support for the phone starting August 1st. Apple has reported quarterly revenue of $45.4 billion with a net profit of $8.7 billion in their earnings for the financial year Q3 2017 that ended July 1, 2017. Revenues were up 7% year-over-year. Apple reported quarterly earnings per diluted share of $1.67 compared to diluted share of $1.42 in the year-ago quarter. During earnings call Tim Cook said that iPhone sales were impressive, with strong demand at the high end of its lineup. After Delhi, ACT Fibernet has upgraded its plans for Chennai, for the second time this year, after it was upgraded in April. Speed of the plans remain the same, but the monthly data limit of both download and upload is now combined and is not counted separately. For example, the Rs. 1999 with 150Mbps speed and 350GB download and 350GB upload limit now comes with combined limit of 700GB. Normally ACT doesn’t mention the data uploaded separately on the site or the app, now it should be easy to track. Last week Lenovo confirmed that it will launch its K8 Note smartphone in India on August 9th, skipping the K7 Note. Today Amazon India has announced that it will be available exclusively with them while teasing the performance and camera of phone. Last year’s Vibe K5 Note was launched on Flipkart, but the K6 Note that was launched in late 2016 was launched through offline stores in the country. BlackBerry has launched its KEYone smartphone in India, as expected. It is designed, manufactured and sold by Optiemus in India, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. It has a 4.5-inch (1620 x 1080 pixels) display with 3:2 aspect ratio and has a 4-row QWERTY physical backlit keyboard with keys that respond to touch gestures, support for flick typing, up to 52 customizable shortcuts and the fingerprint sensor is built into the spacebar.
