Samsung Galaxy A52 Review: Good mid-range Samsung phone

Samsung  launched the Galaxy A52 smartphone in the ‘A Series’ in India last month as the successor to last year’s Galaxy A51. This comes with huge improvements compared to the predecessor, including a 90Hz refresh rate AMOLED screen, quad rear cameras with support for OIS in the main camera, slightly bigger 4500mAh battery, and IP67 ratings for water resistance. Nokia X10 and X20 with 6.67-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 480 5G, ZEISS Optics, 4470mAh battery announced

HMD Global along with the C series and G series phones, also introduced new X10 and X20 5G smartphones. These pack a 6.67-inch FHD+ punch-hole displays, are powered by Snapdragon 480 5G SoC and run Android 11 with three years of software upgrades and three years of security updates. The X10 has a 48MP main camera and the X20 has a 64MP main camera, both with ZEISS Optics. Other cameras include 5MP UW + 2 MP Macro + 2 MP Depth cameras. Nokia G20 with 6.5-inch display, 48MP quad rear cameras, 5050mAh battery and G10 announced

HMD Global today introduced Nokia G10 and G20 smartphones in the new G series. These come with a 6.5-inch HD+ v-notch screen, are powered by MediaTek Helio G25/G35 with up to 4GB of RAM, and run Android 11 with two years of software upgrades and three years of security updates. The G10 has a 13MP +2 MP Macro + 2 MP Depth rear cameras while the G20 comes with a 48MP + 5MP UW + 2 MP Macro + 2 MP Depth cameras. Both these feature an 8MP camera on the front. HMD Global has announced Nokia C10 and C20 budget Android Go Edition smartphones. These pack a 6.5-inch HD+ screen, are powered by Unisoc SoC with up to 2GB of RAM, run Android 11 Go Edition with  two years of security updates, and pack a 5MP front and rear cameras both with LED flash. Lenovo Legion Phone Duel 2 with 6.92-inch FHD+ 144Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 888, up to 18GB RAM, 5500mAh battery announced

Lenovo just announced Legion Phone Duel 2, the company’s latest gaming phone and the successor to last year’s model. It has a 6.92-inch FHD+ E4 AMOLED screen with DCI-P3 color gamut, HDR10+, DC dimming, 144Hz refresh rate and 720Hz multi-fingerprint touch response. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 888 with 5G SA/NSA and up to 18GB of RAM. It has dual cooling system that includes liquid cooling with an internal VC 4,730 square millimetres liquid-cooled plate, dual fans and pure copper independent air ducts, which can quickly dissipate heat through the dual air outlets on both the sides. OnePlus 9R 5G launch offers for India; Dominate 2.0 mobile gaming tournament on April 15

realme today launched its C20, C21 and C25 smartphones in India, as it had promised. The C21 and the C25 are the first phones to get TÜV Rheinland Smartphone High Reliability certification. These phones pack a 6.5-inch HD+ mini drop display that we had seen in a lot of realme phones. The C20 and C21 are powered by MediaTek Helio G35 processor and run Android 10, while the C25 is powered by MediaTek Helio G70 processor with 4GB of RAM and runs Android 11 out of the box. LG assures 3 Android OS updates for premium phones released in 2019 and later; 2 updates for select 2020 models

Earlier this week LG announced that it will exit the smartphone market by the end of July. At that time the company confirmed that it will provide service support and software updates for customers of existing mobile products for a period of time which will vary by region. Today it has confirmed 3 generations of Android OS updates for its premium models released in 2019 and later and 3 generations of OS updates for other models released in 2020. OPPO has introduced Reno5 Z, the company’s latest smartphone in the Reno5 series in the UAE and Singapore. It has a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 16MP punch-hole camera and 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by Dimensity 800U with support for 5G SA/NSA, 8GB of RAM and runs Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1. Earnings Guidance Q1 2021: Best-ever quarterly revenue and operating profit for LG; 44.2% YoY profit increase for Samsung

Korean giants Samsung and LG have reported earnings guidance for the first quarter of 2021. Both the companies have reported an increase in profits for the quarter. Even though LG had announced the closure of its mobile business from July 31st, the company’s preliminary earnings results for the previous quarter reveals the highest quarterly revenue and operating profit in the company’s history.
