iQOO 7 with 6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED 120Hz display, Snapdragon 888, up to 12GB RAM, 120W fast charging announced

iQOO just announced the iQOO 7, the company’s latest flagship 5G smartphone at an event in China as it had promised. It packs a 6.62-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, up to 1300 nits brightness and 4096 levels of brightness adjustment, and 91.4% screen to body ratio. It has a punch-hole screen houses a 16MP camera, is powered by Snapdragon 888 with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, VC cooling that has Vapor Chamber that dissipates heat from an area of up to 4096 mm2, compared with the previous generation of heat pipes increased by 140%, said the company. iQOO 7 with Snapdragon 888 to be announced on January 11

After teasers last week, iQOO today confirmed the announcement of iQOO 7 flagship smartphone in China on January 11th. The company already posted a teaser image of the phone that confirmed triple rear camera and BMW edition that incorporates three stripes in white leather finish. Today it has confirmed that it will be powered by Snapdragon 888, making it the second phone with the SoC after Mi 11 that was introduced this week. iQOO 7 teased officially ahead of announcement

Vivo’s iQOO brand has started teasing the upcoming iQOO 7 smartphone series with an image. It shows triple rear cameras along with flash and the iQOO branding. iQOO already signed  BMW M Motorsport’s global partnership earlier this year with the iQOO 5, so even the iQOO 7 has a similar design that incorporates three stripes in white leather finish.
