LG Optimus 3D Max Android Smartphone unveiled

LG has unveiled the Optimus 3D MAX, successor of the LG Optimus 3D that was launched last year. This is the international variant of the Optimus 3D Cube  that was announced for SK Telecom in Korea earlier today. It has 4.3-inch IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection that would offer Glasses-Free 3D viewing and is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core processor. It is just 9.6mm thick and weighs 148g with metallic and rounded edges as the previous rumors suggested. It comes D-style cubicle icons that could also be customized with Icon Customizer app and also has enhanced 3D Converter to convert Google Maps and other road views into 3D. Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G coming to T-Mobile late March for $149.99

T-Mobile USA has announced that the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G would be available late March.  They unveiled the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G at CES last month and it supports upto 42 Mbps data speeds on HSPA+.  It has 3.97-inch Super AMOLED display and is powered by 1.5 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S3 processor. It runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It comes with 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording with flash and advanced shooting modes, 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for video chat. Twitter has updated their iPhone and Android apps with lots of new features. Both the apps have Swipe shortcut that lets you reply, retweet, favorite or share it, or view the Twitter user’s profile just by swiping without leaving your timeline. LG Optimus 3D Cube with 4.3-inch wide angle IPS display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor and NFC announced

LG has announced Optimus 3D Cube, successor of their flagship 3D smartphone, LG Optimus 3D that was launched last year. This new 3D smartphone comes with 4.3 inches wide viewing angle (IPS) LCD display. It is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 2.3 version Gingerbread. It has Dual 5MP auto focus cameras with LED flash and secondary VGA camera. It comes with unique features such as My Suit that lets you edit icons with custom image, 3D editing tool and has NFC that also comes wit hLG Tag Plus (Tag +). It is just 9.6mm thick and weighs 148g that is said to be one of the world’s thinnest and lightest 3D phone till date. Huawei 10-inch Mediapad tablet images surface ahead of MWC

New images of their 10-inch Android tablet has surfaced ahead of MWC launch that shows its thin metal body. Images of Huawei Ascend D1 Q quad-core smartphone surfaced couple of days back. This tablet is said to come with 10-inch display with 16:9 aspect ratio and would run on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). eyeSight to launch Gesture-controlled Music Player App for iPhone and iPad at MWC

eyeSight Mobile Technologies has announced that they would launch SoundWave music app with new gesture recognition technology at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2012 in Barcelona, Spain. They were the ones behind the gesture controls in the Micromax A85 that was launched last November. The SoundWave app for iPhone and iPad would enable users to control their iPhones and iPads using simple hand gestures. Panasonic ELUGA waterproof Android smartphone announced for Europe

Panasonic has announced a new waterproof Android smartphone, Panasonic ELUGA for Europe. This phone is sleek, which is just 7.8 mm thick and weighs 103 g. It has 4.3 inch, (960×540 pixels ), capacitive OLED display that has 66% display area ratio, 1GHz dual-core processor (OMAP4430) and 8MP auto focus camera. It is protected for up to a depth of 1 metre for up to 30 minutes in water, and protected against dust if left near or in it for 8h or less. MTNL Mumbai launches 2 Mbps Broadband plan for Rs. 25 per month

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) has launched a new 2Mbps Broadband plan called Broadband for Every Home at just Rs. 25 per month.This plan costs Rs.300 for 12 months (1 year) that offers broadband access with speeds up to 2 Mbps (effective cost Rs.25/month) and it comes with free usage of 50 MB per month (total 600 MB data usage). Here is the FoneArena review of the BlackBerry Torch 9860. You saw the hands-on images of the phone few months back. This is a full touch phone that is the successor or the BlackBerry Storm 2. RIM launched the BlackBerry Torch 2 in India last September. Everything has been refreshed since the Storm 2. The BlackBerry Torch 9860 has 3.7 inch capacitive touch-screen display, 4 GB onboard memory that is expandable up to 32GB with MicroSD and has 768 MB RAM. It is 11.5 mm thick and weighs  135 g.
