Alcatel OneTouch has sent invites for the India launch of the company’s latest camera-centric Flash 2 smartphone in the country on October 20th. It was introduced last month and the main highlight of the smartphone is its 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash and Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) that would let you focus a subject in just 0.3 seconds. Sony recently confirmed the list of devices that will get Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) update. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has issued Telecom Consumers Protection (Ninth Amendment) Regulations, 2015 that will come into force from the 1st January, 2016. Under this new amendment, TRAI has mandated originating mobile providers to credit one Rupee for a dropped call to the calling consumers as notional compensation. Samsung introduced the Galaxy Note5 smartphone back in August in White Pearl, Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum and Silver Titanium colors. The Korean giant today introduced Silver Titanium and new Pink Gold color variants in Korea. According to Samsung, the Silver Titanium color will offer a more urban and sophisticated feel with a robust metal body. The Pink gold color variant offers a charming look, yet give elegant depth, says the company. As you can see, this resembles the new Rose Gold iPhone 6s color, but has a slightly darker shade. Chinese smartphone maker ZOPO entered into the Indian market with the launch of Speed 7 smartphone in India back in August. Today the company has launched the Speed 7 Plus smartphone with a 5.5-inch 1080p display.
