Motorola has started rolling out Android 6.0.1 update for the Moto X Play smartphone in India. Motorola rolled out the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) update for the smartphone earlier this year. In addition to adding support for new emojis, including volleyball, taco, middle finger, champagne bottle, as well as new faces for sickness, thinking, and rolling eyes, this update also brings back camera shutter tone switch that lets you turn off and on the sound of the camera shutter and also lets you launch the camera by double-pressing the power button. Xiaomi introduced its flagship Mi 5, the company’s flagship smartphone in China last month. We already brought you the unboxing of the smartphone, here we have the benchmarks. It is powered by a Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 64-bit 14nm processor that has two custom Kryo cores clocked at 2.15GHz per core and two smaller Kryo cores are clocked at 1.59GHz per core. Xiaomi has started selling its latest Mi Bluetooth speaker in India, as it had promised. The compact speaker was introduced back in September last year, has a full metal body and weighs just 270 grams. It has a built-in microphone so that you can use it for calls when it is connected to your smartphone, but it lacks a microSD card slot that is present in the Chinese variant. It automatically pauses the music when you receive a call and connects to the call with a press of the play button without the need of a mobile phone. Apple has rolled out watchOS 2.2 for the Apple Watch users, as expected. This update brings several new features, including option to pair and swap between multiple Apple Watch models on iPhones running iOS 9.3 or later. Apple also includes an image of the user’s Apple Watch, complete with their style, color, and even the watch face to make it easier for users to distinguish between their connected watches.
