After the Turing Phone Cadenza, Turing Robotics Industries (TRI) has announced another smartphone called the Monolith Chaconne with crazy specifications. This will be powered by not one, not two, but three Snapdragon 830s processors and pack 18GB of RAM, compared to 12GB RAM in the Cadenza. It will come with 6.4-inch 4K screen, pack three 256GB memory chips for on-board memory, and an additional 512GB storage available through two micro-SD card slots. LG V20 with Android 7.0, dual rear cameras, Snapdragon 820, 4GB RAM announced

LG just announced V20, the company’s latest top-end smartphone in the ‘V series’ at an event in San Francisco. It has a 5.7-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) Quad HD Quantum display, a 2.1 second (160 x 1040 pixels) screen, similar to the V10, but this is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) with LG UX 5.0+. It is also the first phone to use Google’s In Apps that helps users find content from built-in apps including contacts, emails, text messages and photos and user-installed apps. LG says that that second screen has improved in visibility with double the brightness and 50% larger font size compared to the V10.

Google’s new undersea cable offers up to 26 Tbps connectivity across Asia

Google and FASTER, a consortium of six international companies recently announced that world’s fastest fiber optic undersea cable, which connects the United States and Japan was complete and will offer access to up to 10Tbps (Terabits per second) of the cable’s total 60Tbps bandwidth. Xiaomi Redmi 4 images surface on TENAA – 5-inch 1080p display, 3GB RAM, 4000mAh battery

Sony Xperia X and Xperia Z5 Premium receive Rs. 10000 and Rs. 8000 price cut in India

Sony Mobile just announced a Rs. 10,000 price cut for the Xperia X smartphone, just after 3 months of its launch in India. The smartphone that was launched for Rs. 48,990 at the end of May is now available for Rs. 38,990 (MRP). It is available in stores for as low as Rs. 36,900.
