This week the United States Department of Justice (DoJ) filed a pretty big civil antitrust lawsuit against Google, possibly marking the beginning on a long-drawn-out legal battle against the two. The lawsuit is targeting Google’s unlawful monopolistic behavior which include anticompetitive and exclusionary practices, which Google denies.
Xiaomi has come a long way since they released their first smartphone in India back in 2014. Now, they are known not just for their smartphone, but also for a wide range of products in the smart home market, such as the Home Security Camera 360°, Mi Air Purifier 3, the Mi Smart Water Purifier and many more. SK hynix, one of the world’s biggest manufacturer and supplier of NAND flash storage, is further expanding their business with the acquisition of Intel’s NAND memory and storage business. The agreement will cost SK hynix a total of $9 billion and is expected to close by March 2025.

Back in CES 2019, LG revealed the world’s first roll-able OLED TV line — the SIGNATURE OLED R. The TV was supposed to go on sale last year however due to some issues that did not happen. LG is now launching the 65-inch SIGNATURE OLED R on sale in South Korea for a whopping price tag of KRW 100 million, which is approximately $87,000 or about 63.8 lakh rupees.
