Huami just announced the Amazfit X smartwatch on Indiegogo as it had promised. It has a 2.07-inch 326 PPI 92° curved screen wraps comfortably around your wrist. The company says that it uses 700°C hot bending FPC-connected three-piece motherboard to achieve this so it offers more room for apps and less time spent scrolling. The watch has customized watch faces that tracks your steps and measures your heart rate and has 40+ widgets.
When realme launched the realme Band, they had also teased more wearables for the future. Among them was a smartwatch called the Realme Watch that was shown for a second on realme CEO, Madhav Sheth’s hand in a Q&A video last month. Now, xdadevelopers has acquired design renders of the smartwatch along with photos of its UI and smartphone app.
Huami teased the Amazfit X concept watch with a curved screen back in August last year in China, and said that the commercial version will be introduced in the first half of 2020. Xiaomi just announced Mi Kids Watch 4, the company’s latest smartwatch for Kids in the Mi Ecosystem in China. It has a 1.78-inch AMOLED touch screen with support for several watch faces, has support for eSIM for 4G VoLTE calling through all the major operators in China such as China Telecom and China Unicom, has built-in GPS and comes with front and rear cameras so that Kids can make video calls and also reveal the other person on the front in the call. It includes a concealed crown that goes with the watch body that goes with the watch body to add an extra flourish, is equipped with a 1.39-inch AMOLED touch display, is powered by HUAWEI’s Kirin A1 wearable chip. HUAWEI already confirmed the global unveiling of the P40 series smartphones on March 26th. Now the company has posted a teaser for the HUAWEI Watch GT 2e, a cheaper version of last year’s HUAWEI Watch GT 2 and said that it will be introduced along with the phone.
