HONOR Magic3, Magic3 Pro and Magic3 Pro+ with 6.76-inch FHD+ 120Hz curved OLED display, Snapdragon 888 / 888+ announced

HONOR today announced the HONOR Magic3 series flagship smartphones that includes the Magic3, Magic3 Pro and Magic3 Pro+ models after it became a separate brand. These feature a 6.76-inch FHD+ Flex OLED 89° curved screen with 120Hz refresh rate, support for DCI-P3 colour gamut, HDR10+, 1.07 billion colors, and 4096 brightness levels and feature in-display fingerprint sensor. The Pro+ display features a Nano Crystal Shield coating for extra shatter resistance. Samsung launches new Galaxy A12 with 6.5-inch display, Exynos 850, 48MP quad rear cameras, 5000mAh battery in India starting at Rs. 13999

Samsung launched the Galaxy A12 smartphone in the Galaxy A series in India earlier this year. Today, it has silently launched a new Galaxy A12 model with Samsung’s Exynos 850 SoC instead of MediaTek Helio P35 SoC. Other specifications are similar to the original Galaxy A12 including a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display, matte finish back, 48MP quad rear cameras and a 5000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. Instagram will now allow people to limit comments and DM requests, show stronger harassments warnings and more

Lately, Instagram has been steadily improving upon the tools available to combat abusive behaviours and harassment on the platform. The latest update will help prevent users from receiving unwanted comments and DMs with a new feature called ‘Limits’ and also show stronger warnings to discourage harassment.

Google Meet will now support up to 25 co-hosts per meeting, adds “Quick access” setting and more

Google is introducing a couple of new updates to their video conferencing platform, Google Meet, that will improve upon many meeting moderation controls. Meeting host privileges can now be shared with up to 25 other participants, quick access control will be on by default, and the “People” panel in meetings have received a couple of minor updates.

Google Wear OS 2 update to bring more third-party Tiles, improved Messages app and more

There are three adjustable Ambient Sound levels, for calls there is a machine learning-based solution that filters out a variety of distracting background noises. Samsung Galaxy Watch4 and Watch4 Classic with 1.2 / 1.4″ Super AMOLED display, One UI Watch 3 Platform, Exynos W920 announced

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5G with 120Hz AMOLED display, Under display camera, Water resistant design, S Pen support announced

Samsung just announced the Galaxy Z Fold3 5G, the company’s latest foldable smartphone and the successor to last year’s Galaxy Z Fold2 at its Unpacked event, as expected. It features a 7.6-inch QXGA+ Infinity Flex Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen on the inside with 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, Samsung Ultra Thin Glass that’s 80% stronger, and it’s 29% brighter than the Z Fold 2’s display. It features a 6.2-inch HD+ Dynamic AMOLED display that also has 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The phone also has a 4MP under display camera on the inside, and there is a 10MP camera for the outside screen. At the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event, the company introduced the Galaxy Z Flip3, the company’s next-generation flip phone. It flaunts a 6.7-inch FULL HD+ Dynamic AMOLED main display with a 22:9 aspect ratio and has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The Infinity Flex display has proprietary bendable Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG). The screen also has 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.
