Arm today has announced Safety Ready Program that is aimed to develop solutions for self-driving cars and has also launched the Cortex-A76AE; its first processor IP designed specifically for autonomous vehicles. Google Images will now come with Creator and Credit metadata

Apple hit with patent infringement lawsuit over iMessage and FaceTime encryption tech

Finnish holdings firm MPH Technologies has filed a fresh lawsuit on Apple in federal court accusing the company of patent-infringing with products including iMessage and FaceTime. MPH Technologies attempted to license its IP to Apple in 2016.  The lawsuit is being filed with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

After leaks, Xiaomi has officially announced the Redmi Note 6 Pro, successor of the Redmi Note 5 Pro in Thailand. The major change is the 6.28-inch Full HD+ screen with a notch, 19:9 aspect ratio and dual front cameras, in addition to dual rear cameras. Both these have AI features including AI portrait and AI scene recognition. There is also AI face unlock. Other specifications are almost same as the Redmi Note 5 Pro.
