Vodafone has launched its 4G LTE services in Delhi and NCR, as it had promised last week, after launching it in Kerala, Mysore and Kolkata. It is based on 1800MHz FDD-LTE band 3, which the company acquired last year. Vodafone said that it is now available in prominent business and residential corridors of Guragon, and the the roll out will be completed in all parts of Delhi & NCR in phased manner. STK, popular for its mobile accessories today launched its first ‘explorer camera’ that can withstand extreme outdoor conditions and comes in a tough waterproof case for using it underwater. LeEco (formerly known as Letv) today announced that it sold 70,000 Le 1s smartphones in just 2 seconds in the first flash sale at 12 noon on Flipkart. The company said that this is a new record in India. Yesterday Flipkart announced that it received over 5,30,000 lakh registrations for the smartphone within 10 days after registration opened. Honor, Huawei’s Smartphone e-brand today announced that it has started selling it’s latest Honor 5X smartphone in India. “Since the start of sales on Flipkart and Amazon, at 12 a.m. on February 1, Honor 5X smartphone has witnessed strong demand, like its predecessor the Honor 4X. Honor 4X units were sold out within a minute of the flash sale, and the model sold over 10 million units globally,” said the company. Jet Airways has announced that it will soon introduce a WiFi based in-flight streaming service for passengers. The domestic carrier will bring streaming of movies, TV programmes, a wide genre of music, interactive games, and children’s programmes directly to wi-fi enabled personal devices such as smartphones, tablets and personal laptops of the passengers.

Lenovo launched Vibe K4 Note, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone and the successor of last year’s K3 Note in India recently at Rs. 11,999.
