Xiaomi launched the Redmi 9 Prime back in August in India. To those unaware, Xiaomi sells the same smartphone as Redmi 9 in other markets. Redmi 9 Prime’s POCO sibling, POCO M2 started receiving MIUI 12 global stable update in India a couple of weeks ago. Now, Xiaomi has started rolling out MIUI 12 stable update for Redmi 9 Prime users in India. With this update, Xiaomi concludes MIUI 12 roll-out for all it’s Redmi 9 series devices in India.

vivo confirms Android 11 Funtouch OS 11 update for range of smartphones in India

vivo launched its V20 smartphone in India back in October last year running Android 11 based Funtouch OS 11. The vivo X50 Pro and the V20 Pro smartphones got the update in India last month.
