Movil MA1 and MT1 Water Resistant and Motion Sensitive mobiles launched in India

Movil Mobiles promoted by Bling Telecom Pvt. Ltd. made their foray into India in December 2009. Now they launched two phones the Movil MA1 which is a Water and Shock Resistant Designer phone and the Movil MT1 a touhscreen phone equipped with a motion sensor.

Nokia N900 gets huge 89.5 MB v51.1 firmware update via OTA

Its raining firmware updates from Nokia once again . The N900 which got a minor firmware update(version 44.1) few days back is now getting a HUGE firmware update which is around 89.5 MB. This update bears the version number 51.1 and is also known as a PR 1.1 update. Check out the screenshots for the details. If you don’t get a prompt about the update. Head over to the Application manager and click on the updates icon.

Nokia E72 gets a firmware update to v22.007

The Nokia E72 has got it’s first firmware update since its public launch. There’s a new firmware update to version 22.007. Although the SW Update app on the phone indicates that a new phone software is available, one cannot update the firmware Over the Air ( FOTA) .  You need to use Nokia Software Updater (NSU) to get the job done. Nokia 5530 XpressMusic Special Edition & Retail Edition Unboxing

I recently received two different units of Nokia’s latest touchscreen S60 5th Edition device, the Nokia 5530 XpressMusic. This new unit is somehow a cheaper version of the 5800 XpressMusic, with a non-CarlZeiss 3.2MP camera, and no GPS or 3G connection, as well as a smaller screen size. The design though is cleaner than the 5800 XM, and it’s smaller in size. The software is also more advanced, with a more functional homescreen and kinetic scrolling implemented better across all long lists.
