We are lucky to get our hands on the LG Optimus 3D which is the world’s first 3D phone and the world’s first 3D smartphone. The 3D experience does not require you to wear 3D glasses as the phone packs a glassless/glassfree 3D display. You can also capture 3D Video footage and pictures talks to the 3D Stereoscopic camera on the back.The phone was announced this year at Mobile World Congress and the unit we are currently playing with looks a lot more stable and polished. The first Nokia Harmattan / MeeGo device , the Nokia N9 , has been garnering rave reviews everywhere. However there is one more MeeGo phone ie the developer only Nokia N950. Rumor has it that the N950 was supposed to be launched in 2010 as the first MeeGo device but got canned. Nokia has been handing these out to select developers to spurt the development of Qt apps for the N9 as well as the next billion Qt enabled devices.

At the first look, this handset seems a pretty ordinary device, but the slim stainless steel body give it a premium look and feel. The touchscreen display is quite smooth and it helps us to save a lot of time while performing various tasks. Nokia C3-01 runs the Series 40 6th edition software and it comes with a 2.4 inch resistive touchscreen display, 3G Connectivity, Wi-Fi, 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, 32 GB expandable memory and more. HTC India hinted that they will be launching the Flyer soon in India during the Sensation launch and now they have finally announced that it’s Android Tablet with HTC Sense is available in India. Mere hours after Nokia’s MeeGo running N9 got announced , the first WP7 Mango running Nokia has been leaked. The device has been codenamed Sea Ray.

Apple is currently being investigated by the Competition Commission of India after a customer complained to the organization under Section 4 of the Competition Act 2002. While this might be some bad news for Apple who might have to answer to Commission, it’s actually a ridiculous complaint and the reporting by PTI is hilarious and innaccurate.

While we are still summing up details about the Nokia N9, one thing we wanted to share ASAP. The N9 uses a microSIM card slot similar to the iPad 3G and iPhone 4. Here is what we found on the official specs page of the N9. It mentions Micro SIM card. No wonder the device is so thin at 12.1mm at the maximum and 7.6 mm at the edges.
At the Nokia Connections 2011 event in Singapore, the company showed of it’s new strategy. Symbian Anna was demoed and is expected to hit devices in July-August.
